Conceptual Design and Estimating
The lowest-price building may not provide the lowest overall cost for the owner. To determine the best overall economy, you must also consider the cost of the foundation and the erection of the structure. Early involvement is the key to gaining the most value for your project.

Design, Fabrication and Delivery
Once the project moves to contract, Butler Heavy Structures provides complete design services for the building shell package, including shop drawings and coordination with other design professionals engaged in the project. BHS also takes responsibility for the fabrication of all building components included in our scope of work and coordinates delivery of materials to the jobsite.

Erection Services and Turnkey Construction
Butler Heavy Structures can assist customers who need building erection or turnkey construction services through our network of more than 1,200 authorized Butler Builders across the United States.
