Design-Build construction of a Sterile Processing Department to support operation of a new Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

6 months from design start to building occupancy.

BlueScope Construction was awarded the Design-Build turnkey project to provide a facility for the sterilization of hospital equipment. Our scope included complete building shell, all interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and installation of sterilization equipment. The work also included coordination with the equipment supplier for hook-ups and quicker facilitation of start-up.
