MR-24 Conventional Roof
The MR-24 Conventional Roof System allows installation of MR-24 seam technology on conventionally-framed steel structures. So, you get the same double-lock standing seam performance along with the flexibility to install on many building types.
- The Conventional MR-24 Roof System can be installed over Butler B-Deck or a comparable structural deck to meet the requirements of your project.
- The polyisocyanurate rigid insulation over a continuous vapor retarder supports high R-values per energy code.
- Designed to interface with standard bar joist and metal deck, it features conventional framing integration.

CMR-24 Roof System
The CMR-24 provides an aesthetic roof option. It also provides a finished interior surface and improved thermal performance meant for controlled environments.
- Rigid insulation assembly includes polyisocyanurate insulation, which is installed above a continuous vapor retarder to support high R-values.
- An interior steel liner panel is a 28, 26, 24 or 22 gauge Mod-36 liner, which provides a finished ceiling and contributes to diaphragm strength.
- The continuous vapor retarder means that the membrane between the liner and insulation has controlled moisture protection.
