Overview
For a self-storage operator, wear and tear is a familiar challenge.
Four existing buildings of varying ages and eave heights were showing their age through leaking roofs, limited insulation and inconsistent performance. Daily operations could not stop, yet the facilities needed a durable solution that would extend service life without costly disruption.
With the help of a Butler Builder®, a renovation focused on upgrading each structure with Butler building systems and a new MR-24® standing seam roof system.
In most areas, the new roof was installed directly over the existing roof, eliminating tear off costs and allowing the facility to remain fully operational throughout construction.
